Track and Trace is an app that provides visibility on yourAshleyshipment status where you can view a trip’s milestones andtheshipment's current location. As a customer or a member oftheAshley Furniture team, the Track and Trace app gives youtheability to view a trip’s delivery status. You can search for atripfrom one of the default trip status categories, by selectingaspecific date or by simply typing in the trip number if known.Thetrip details page displays the most recent location with a mapviewand allows you to see which customer orders are beingdelivered.
